Certification
EICRs and gas safety checks, with reports emailed as PDFs the same day and remedial work quoted separately so you can choose what to action.
Services
Three trades, one point of contact. Everything below is quoted as a fixed price before work starts, with materials itemised so you can see what you are paying for.
All electrical work is carried out to BS 7671 (18th Edition) and notified under Part P where the regulations require it. You get the certificate at handover, not weeks later.
If an older installation is throwing breakers or you have inherited a fuse box with rewireable fuses, an EICR is the sensible first step — it tells you what actually needs doing rather than what a quote assumes.
Ask about electrical workEmergency work — burst pipes, failed stopcocks, leaks through ceilings — is prioritised Monday to Saturday. We isolate first, then talk about the permanent repair rather than the other way round.
Planned work covers bathrooms end to end: strip out, first fix, tiling, second fix, and the electrics and decorating that normally need a second contractor.
Ask about plumbingThe finish is decided before the first coat goes on. Filling, sanding, caulking and priming take the time they take — skipping them is why paintwork looks tired again in eighteen months.
Dust sheets and edge protection go down as standard, and rooms are put back the way we found them at the end of each day. We work around occupied houses without turning them into building sites.
Ask about decorating04 — Landlords & agents
Void periods cost more than the work does. Where we can, certification, repairs and redecoration are scheduled together so a property is back on the market in days rather than weeks.

A single booking covering repairs, replacement of anything past saving, a clean paint finish and a working set of keys and appliances.
Scheduled maintenance across multiple properties, invoiced monthly, with one contact rather than a rota of subcontractors.
Describe the problem and we will tell you — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us.
