Do you charge for quotes?
No. Visits and written quotes are free, and there is no callout charge on top of a job we carry out.
Are you insured and qualified?
Yes — £5m public liability, 18th Edition electrical qualification, and Gas Safe registration for heating work. Documentation is available on request before any work starts.
How quickly can you come out?
Urgent leaks and electrical faults are usually same or next day, Monday to Saturday. Planned work is typically booked one to two weeks ahead.
Do you work for landlords and letting agents?
Regularly. EICRs, gas checks, end-of-tenancy repairs and redecoration can be scheduled as one visit, with reports sent straight through.
What areas do you cover?
Reading, Wokingham, Bracknell and the surrounding Berkshire villages. Slightly further for larger projects — just ask.
